ICU

Our ICU is a modern set-up with all the facilities and well equipped with the latest models of monitoring devices & staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Equipped with:

• Ventilators
• Bed side central oxygen, vacuum suction, compressed air supply
• Resuscitation unit with all the essential drugs and disposable.
• Air bubble beds, baby warmer, portable X-ray and ABG analysis machine.
• ECG machines, defibrillators, infusion pumps and syringe pumps, Boyles machine.

We provide patient care and treatment for: Mechanical Ventilation, Chest Pain & Cardiac Monitoring, Heart Failure, Critical IV , Medication Therapy, Sepsis, Hemodynamic Monitoring, Post Op Care for the High Risk Surgical Patient.

NICU

The NICU at Prakash Hospital & Trauma Center is staffed 24 hours a day by a specially trained team of doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists and other caregivers who provide the most advanced and comprehensive care for newborns and infants with medical or surgical problems.

We are completely prepared to serve:

• Neonatal extracorporeal membrane oxygenation
• Total body cooling
• Advanced mechanical ventilation modalities
• Cardiac monitoring .
• Dialysis
• Genetic testing and counseling
• Metabolic regulation
• Perinatal Fetal Center with high risk delivery support
• Pediatric surgery, including all subspecialties such as neurosurgery, ENT surgery and urology
